Chester is one of Britain's most popular cities for an unforgettable short break. The ancient city is a truly breath-taking experience. Chester has the most complete city walls, the oldest racecourse, and the largest Roman amphitheatre in Britain, plus 1,000 year old Cathedral and of course the one and only 700 year old Rows galleries where shopping is a double delight!

This tour also includes a one day visit to The Royal Cheshire County Show an outing to please both town and country folk. The River Dee flows through Chester and on Day 4 you will enjoy a 2-hour cruise on the Dee. From pickups in Northern Ireland we sail at 2.45pm with Stena Dublin to Holyhead and coach on motorway to our hotel in Chester app 90 miles.
