The role of the modern Royal Welsh Show is a rounded one. As well as its principal function of showcasing the cream of Welsh livestock and the high quality food and drink produced in Wales, it encompasses the wider spectrum of farming and rural life and successfully bridges the gap between town and country. It provides something to interest everyone through its kaleidoscopic range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, Sports Village and a 12-hour programme of exciting entertainment that continues throughout each of the four days of the event. Everything at the Royal Welsh is designed to cater for visitors. There is a covered grandstand for almost 4,000 people, restaurants, leisure areas, an amazing variety of exhibitions. Once inside the showground you can participate in an unforgettable day of leisure and pleasure.

This 4-Day Welsh Show Tour departs Northern Ireland Monday 20th July by coach from mid-Ulster with pickups en-route to Dun Laoghaire for 1.30pm Stena sailing returning on the 1.50pm Stena sailing due in Dublin on Thursday 23rd at 5.05pm. Enjoy two full days at the Royal Welsh Show on Tuesday and Wednesday or if preferred and pre-arranged stay in Hereford on Wednesday and save £24pp. During our final day of this tour we take a different route to Holyhead for the midday sailing which enables us to arrive back into Northern Ireland around 8pm.
